- Most items ship from China.
- Standard delivery takes about 10–15 days.
- Pre-orders or limited items need 7–10 business days to get ready.
- Orders with both pre-order and in-stock items will have in-stock pieces shipped promptly. Pre-order items will follow separately when ready.
- Sometimes customs, holidays, or weather cause delays — thank you for being so patient.
- Every order comes with a tracking number.
- Customs duties are already covered — no extra cost for you.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
- You can return within 30 days (unused, no pet hair, tags & packaging still there).
- Can't return: custom items, sale/clearance items, gift cards, and pet contact products (like bowls or fountains).
- Wrong size? Just tell us first → send the old one back → place a new order. (For non-quality issues, return shipping is on you.)
- Damaged or wrong item? Send photos/video + order number within 7 days — we'll sort it out as quickly as we can.
- Need to change or cancel? Let us know early — we'll try our best before shipping. Sorry, can't change custom or already shipped orders.
- Refund: within 10 business days after we get the return. Bank transfers may take a little longer — just reach out if you don't see it after 15 business days.

🧥 Brushed Wool Knit
The vest is knitted from a soft wool blend that is brushed on the outside, so the stripes read faintly fuzzy and feel warm against bare skin. The knit is dense enough to hold its shape but gives as the dog moves, and the seams lie flat enough to sit under a coat. The neck is knitted tall and rolled back on itself, which keeps the wind off the throat and chest, and three small wooden buttons close the front so it goes on over the head without a fight.
🐕 Walks, Rides and Cool Floors
The cut follows a deep chest and a tucked waist, which suits whippets and Italian greyhounds better than a boxy coat. Pull it on for a cold walk, a car ride or a cafe stop, and the knit moves with the dog instead of bunching at the shoulders. Worn under a rain shell it adds warmth without bulk, and indoors it keeps an older dog off a cold floor.
📏 Sizing and Fit
Measure the chest just behind the front legs and the length from the base of the neck to the tail, then match the larger of the two numbers. The knit gives roughly two fingers of stretch, so a dog between sizes takes the smaller one. Sizes 1 to 6 run from a small Italian greyhound to a large whippet, and the neck sits close on purpose, so check it slips over the ears before you button it.
🧺 Care
Dry cleaning is the safest route for wool. Otherwise hand wash in cool water with a wool detergent, press the water out without wringing, and dry flat in the shade so the knit does not stretch. Button the front before washing, brush the surface lightly once dry to lift the fibres, and store the vest folded rather than hung.
International delivery times vary by region and typically take 10 to 15 days.
To get a perfect fit, kindly measure your pet's three measurements first
- Neck Girth: Wrap the tape around the base of the neck wihere collars sit
- Chest Girth: Measure the widest part of the chest right beehind the front legs;
- Back Length: Measure from the base of the neck (shoulder joint) to the base of the tail.
