📦 Shipping
- Most items ship from China.
- Standard delivery takes about 10–15 days.
- Pre-orders or limited items need 7–10 business days to get ready.
- Orders with both pre-order and in-stock items will have in-stock pieces shipped promptly. Pre-order items will follow separately when ready.
- Sometimes customs, holidays, or weather cause delays — thank you for being so patient.
- Every order comes with a tracking number.
- Customs duties are already covered — no extra cost for you.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
- You can return within 30 days (unused, no pet hair, tags & packaging still there).
- Can't return: custom items, sale/clearance items, gift cards, and pet contact products (like bowls or fountains).
- Wrong size? Just tell us first → send the old one back → place a new order. (For non-quality issues, return shipping is on you.)
- Damaged or wrong item? Send photos/video + order number within 7 days — we'll sort it out as quickly as we can.
- Need to change or cancel? Let us know early — we'll try our best before shipping. Sorry, can't change custom or already shipped orders.
- Refund: within 10 business days after we get the return. Bank transfers may take a little longer — just reach out if you don't see it after 15 business days.

🧶 Brushed Pearl Yarn
Three-dimensional cables run down the front and sleeves in a yarn spun with a pearl fleck, so the surface catches light instead of reading flat. The knit is brushed to a soft halo that hides the cable lines slightly, which is what gives it that worn-in look straight out of the bag. Deep red shifts a shade lighter through the body, and the ribbed cuffs and hem hold their snap.

Gold-tone buttons sit on a narrow placket so the front stays neat whether you close it or wear it open, and the crew neck is finished with a rib that does not stretch out. There is a small embroidered pony on the chest and a matching one low on the sleeve, both stitched rather than printed. Everything is cut with a little ease through the body, so it layers over a tee without pulling at the shoulders.
📏 Sizing
Sizes S to L are cut for a 94 cm to 102 cm chest, with a 35 cm to 37 cm shoulder and a 53 cm to 57 cm body length. Measure yourself around the fullest part of the chest with a tape level, then compare it with the chart; the knit does not give much, so take the larger size if you sit between two. Hand measuring carries a 1-3 cm tolerance.
🧺 Care
Wash by hand in cool water with a wool detergent, or use the wool cycle at 30 degrees with the spin turned off. Press the water out in a towel and dry flat in the shade, then reshape the ribbing while it is still damp. No bleach and no tumble drying; a cool iron under 110 degrees, or a steamer, is enough to settle the cables.

To get a perfect fit, kindly measure your pet's three measurements first
- Neck Girth: Wrap the tape around the base of the neck wihere collars sit
- Chest Girth: Measure the widest part of the chest right beehind the front legs;
- Back Length: Measure from the base of the neck (shoulder joint) to the base of the tail.
