- Most items ship from China.
- Standard delivery takes about 10–15 days (customs time not included).
- Pre-orders or limited items need 7–10 business days to get ready.
- Sometimes customs, holidays, or weather cause delays — thank you for being so patient.
- Every order comes with a tracking number.
- Customs duties are already covered — no extra cost for you.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
- You can return within 30 days (unused, no pet hair, tags & packaging still there).
- Can't return: custom items, sale/clearance items, gift cards, and pet contact products (like bowls or fountains).
- Wrong size? Just tell us first → send the old one back → place a new order. (For non-quality issues, return shipping is on you.)
- Damaged or wrong item? Send photos/video + order number within 7 days — we'll sort it out as quickly as we can.
- Need to change or cancel? Let us know early — we'll try our best before shipping. Sorry, can't change custom or already shipped orders.
- Refund: within 10 business days after we get the return. Bank transfers may take a little longer — just reach out if you don't see it after 15 business days.
- Important: please always check with us before returning anything — returns sent without our okay can't be processed.

🧶 Cable Knit Warmth
A soft cable knit worked in a wool blend that keeps its loft after washing. The roll neck seals the gap under the chin, the two front sleeves cover the elbows, and the open back keeps the body free for long strides, so it works as a mid layer under a coat or on its own.
🐕 Made for Narrow Dogs
The pattern follows a deep chest and a tucked waist, which is why it sits flat on whippets, Italian greyhounds and greyhounds instead of bunching at the shoulders. The armholes are cut high enough to let the front legs swing without pulling the hem.
📏 Fit Guide
Sizes 1 to 5 are chosen by neck, chest and back length. Measure the chest behind the front legs and the back from the base of the neck to the tail, then pick the larger size if your dog sits between two. The knit stretches about 3 cm across the chest.
🧺 Washing
Hand wash cold with wool detergent, roll in a towel to remove water, then dry flat. Never tumble dry, and fold the sweater rather than hanging it so the shoulders keep their shape between walks.

To get a perfect fit, kindly measure your pet's three measurements first
- Neck Girth: Wrap the tape around the base of the neck wihere collars sit
- Chest Girth: Measure the widest part of the chest right beehind the front legs;
- Back Length: Measure from the base of the neck (shoulder joint) to the base of the tail.
