  • Orders with both pre-order and in-stock items will have in-stock pieces shipped promptly. Pre-order items will follow separately when ready.
  • Sometimes customs, holidays, or weather cause delays — thank you for being so patient.

  • Customs duties are already covered — no extra cost for you.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

  • You can return within 30 days (unused, no pet hair, tags & packaging still there).
  • Can't return: custom items, sale/clearance items, gift cards, and pet contact products (like bowls or fountains).
  • Wrong size? Just tell us first → send the old one back → place a new order. (For non-quality issues, return shipping is on you.)
  • Damaged or wrong item? Send photos/video + order number within 7 days — we'll sort it out as quickly as we can.
  • Need to change or cancel? Let us know early — we'll try our best before shipping. Sorry, can't change custom or already shipped orders.

📏 Allow Room for Movement
Sizes run from XS to XL. Compare your dog’s standing neck, chest, and back measurements with the size guide rather than choosing by weight alone. The down filled fabric is thick and does not stretch; the supplier recommends at least 5 cm of ease for movement and dressing. Manual measurement variation is 1–2 cm.

🧺 Care for the Down Filling
The supplier recommends professional dry cleaning or cold hand washing. Do not machine wash, bleach, or tumble dry, and avoid prolonged direct sunlight. Use cleaning products suitable for the garment and its trims, and follow the attached care label before cleaning the down filled suit.

  2. Chest Girth: Measure the widest part of the chest right beehind the front legs;
  3. Back Length: Measure from the base of the neck (shoulder joint) to the base of the tail.
