📦 Shipping
- Most items ship from China.
- Standard delivery takes about 10–15 days (customs time not included).
- Pre-orders or limited items need 7–10 business days to get ready.
- Sometimes customs, holidays, or weather cause delays — thank you for being so patient.
- Every order comes with a tracking number.
- Customs duties are already covered — no extra cost for you.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
- You can return within 30 days (unused, no pet hair, tags & packaging still there).
- Can't return: custom items, sale/clearance items, gift cards, and pet contact products (like bowls or fountains).
- Wrong size? Just tell us first → send the old one back → place a new order. (For non-quality issues, return shipping is on you.)
- Damaged or wrong item? Send photos/video + order number within 7 days — we'll sort it out as quickly as we can.
- Need to change or cancel? Let us know early — we'll try our best before shipping. Sorry, can't change custom or already shipped orders.
- Refund: within 10 business days after we get the return. Bank transfers may take a little longer — just reach out if you don't see it after 15 business days.

🎩 A Real Newsboy Shape
Built on a rounded crown with a short stitched brim, so it reads as a proper cap rather than a costume piece. The wool blend holds the shape after wearing, and the ear openings sit where the ears actually are, which is what keeps the hat on when your dog shakes its head.

📏 Head Sizing
Measure around the widest part of the head just above the ears, then pick size 1 for 31 cm, 2 for 38 cm and 3 for 45 cm. If your dog sits between two sizes, take the larger one; the crown has a little stretch and the strap adjusts.
🧺 Care
Hand wash cold and reshape the crown while damp, then dry flat away from direct heat. Brush the wool with a soft brush once dry to lift the fibres and keep the brim crisp.

- Neck Girth: Wrap the tape around the base of the neck wihere collars sit
- Chest Girth: Measure the widest part of the chest right beehind the front legs;
- Back Length: Measure from the base of the neck (shoulder joint) to the base of the tail.
