📦 Shipping
- Most items ship from China.
- Standard delivery takes about 10–15 days.
- Pre-orders or limited items need 7–10 business days to get ready.
- Orders with both pre-order and in-stock items will have in-stock pieces shipped promptly. Pre-order items will follow separately when ready.
- Sometimes customs, holidays, or weather cause delays — thank you for being so patient.
- Every order comes with a tracking number.
- Customs duties are already covered — no extra cost for you.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
- You can return within 30 days (unused, no pet hair, tags & packaging still there).
- Can't return: custom items, sale/clearance items, gift cards, and pet contact products (like bowls or fountains).
- Wrong size? Just tell us first → send the old one back → place a new order. (For non-quality issues, return shipping is on you.)
- Damaged or wrong item? Send photos/video + order number within 7 days — we'll sort it out as quickly as we can.
- Need to change or cancel? Let us know early — we'll try our best before shipping. Sorry, can't change custom or already shipped orders.
- Refund: within 10 business days after we get the return. Bank transfers may take a little longer — just reach out if you don't see it after 15 business days.
- Important: please always check with us before returning anything — returns sent without our okay can't be processed.

🧢 Hood and Ties
A close knit balaclava that covers the head, ears and the back of the neck in one piece. The long ties cinch under the chin or wrap once around the neck, and the brim is doubled so it holds its shape instead of collapsing over the eyes.
🐕 One Hat, Two Heads
The same striped alpaca in an adult size and in two dog sizes, so a walk together looks deliberate rather than accidental. Wear them together on cold city mornings, or take one each for ski trips and winter photo days.
📏 Sizing
Three sizes share the listing. F fits most adults at 32 cm round and 25 cm tall; S fits a dog head of 30 cm with a 23 cm height; M fits 33 cm with 25.5 cm. Measure just above the ears and take the larger size for a fluffy coat.
🧺 Care
Hand wash cold with wool detergent, never machine wash, then dry flat with the brim reshaped by hand. Brush the surface gently to lift the alpaca and keep the stripes crisp.
International delivery times vary by region and typically take 10 to 15 days.
To get a perfect fit, kindly measure your pet's three measurements first
- Neck Girth: Wrap the tape around the base of the neck wihere collars sit
- Chest Girth: Measure the widest part of the chest right beehind the front legs;
- Back Length: Measure from the base of the neck (shoulder joint) to the base of the tail.

All items must be unused and kept in their original packaging. Please contact us to initiate a return within 30 days upon receipt of your order. Please note that shipping fees will not be covered by us for returns due to non-quality issues.
