📦 Shipping
- Most items ship from China.
- Standard delivery takes about 10–15 days.
- Pre-orders or limited items need 7–10 business days to get ready.
- Orders with both pre-order and in-stock items will have in-stock pieces shipped promptly. Pre-order items will follow separately when ready.
- Sometimes customs, holidays, or weather cause delays — thank you for being so patient.
- Every order comes with a tracking number.
- Customs duties are already covered — no extra cost for you.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
- You can return within 30 days (unused, no pet hair, tags & packaging still there).
- Can't return: custom items, sale/clearance items, gift cards, and pet contact products (like bowls or fountains).
- Wrong size? Just tell us first → send the old one back → place a new order. (For non-quality issues, return shipping is on you.)
- Damaged or wrong item? Send photos/video + order number within 7 days — we'll sort it out as quickly as we can.
- Need to change or cancel? Let us know early — we'll try our best before shipping. Sorry, can't change custom or already shipped orders.
- Refund: within 10 business days after we get the return. Bank transfers may take a little longer — just reach out if you don't see it after 15 business days.
- Important: please always check with us before returning anything — returns sent without our okay can't be processed.

🧶 Braided Leather Rope
A round braided leather lead that stays supple in the hand instead of stiffening like flat webbing. The handle is rolled and stitched so it does not cut into your palm on a long walk, and the brass trigger clip opens wide enough to snap onto any D ring without pinching fur.
🐕 Balanced for Pullers
The braided rope carries a little weight along its length and the leather gives a softer, more progressive feel than nylon, which helps when a dog surges at the end of the lead. The 190 cm length is long enough for sniffing at the park and short enough to keep a reactive dog close on the pavement.
📏 Sizing
The leash comes in F only: 115 cm on the handle side plus a 75 cm lead, 190 cm in total. The collar is sized by neck circumference, S at 37 cm, M at 42 cm and L at 47 cm. Measure the widest part of the neck and leave two fingers of room before choosing.
🧺 Care
Wipe the leather with a dry cloth after wet or muddy walks and let it air dry away from heat. Condition the strap twice a year with a little leather balm, and check the brass clip and stitching every few months so nothing works loose.
International delivery times vary by region and typically take 10 to 15 days.
To get a perfect fit, kindly measure your pet's three measurements first
- Neck Girth: Wrap the tape around the base of the neck wihere collars sit
- Chest Girth: Measure the widest part of the chest right beehind the front legs;
- Back Length: Measure from the base of the neck (shoulder joint) to the base of the tail.
