📦 Shipping
- Most items ship from China.
- Standard delivery takes about 10–15 days (customs time not included).
- Pre-orders or limited items need 7–10 business days to get ready.
- Sometimes customs, holidays, or weather cause delays — thank you for being so patient.
- Every order comes with a tracking number.
- Customs duties are already covered — no extra cost for you.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
- You can return within 30 days (unused, no pet hair, tags & packaging still there).
- Can't return: custom items, sale/clearance items, gift cards, and pet contact products (like bowls or fountains).
- Wrong size? Just tell us first → send the old one back → place a new order. (For non-quality issues, return shipping is on you.)
- Damaged or wrong item? Send photos/video + order number within 7 days — we'll sort it out as quickly as we can.
- Need to change or cancel? Let us know early — we'll try our best before shipping. Sorry, can't change custom or already shipped orders.
- Refund: within 10 business days after we get the return. Bank transfers may take a little longer — just reach out if you don't see it after 15 business days.
- Important: please always check with us before returning anything — returns sent without our okay can't be processed.

🧥 Warmth Without the Bulk
The outer shell is a soft eco fur in a brushed plaid, and the inside is lined with fleece so the cape sits warm against the back. Because it drapes instead of wrapping the legs, your dog keeps full range of movement on stairs and kerbs.
🐕 Cut for Sighthound Shapes
A stand collar keeps the neck covered, and the front closes with snaps so the cape stays put without pulling at the chest. It suits Italian Greyhounds, Whippets and other slim, deep-chested dogs that slide out of boxier coats.
📏 Two Measurements
Measure chest girth at the widest point and back length from the base of the neck to the tail. Match the larger of the two to the size chart. If your dog sits between sizes, take the larger so the cape clears the shoulders.
🧺 Care
Spot clean with a damp cloth between wears. Hand wash cold when needed, press the water out without twisting and dry flat away from direct heat. Do not tumble dry or iron the fur pile.

To get a perfect fit, kindly measure your pet's three measurements first
- Neck Girth: Wrap the tape around the base of the neck wihere collars sit
- Chest Girth: Measure the widest part of the chest right beehind the front legs;
- Back Length: Measure from the base of the neck (shoulder joint) to the base of the tail.
