  • Most items ship from China.
  • Standard delivery takes about 20–40 days (customs time not included).
  • Pre-orders or limited items need 7–20 business days to get ready.
  • Sometimes customs, holidays, or weather cause delays — thank you for being so patient.
  • Every order comes with a tracking number.
  • Customs duties are already covered — no extra cost for you.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

  • You can return within 30 days (unused, no pet hair, tags & packaging still there).
  • Can't return: custom items, sale/clearance items, gift cards, and pet contact products (like bowls or fountains).
  • Wrong size? Just tell us first → send the old one back → place a new order. (For non-quality issues, return shipping is on you.)
  • Damaged or wrong item? Send photos/video + order number within 7 days — we'll sort it out as quickly as we can.
  • Need to change or cancel? Let us know early — we'll try our best before shipping. Sorry, can't change custom or already shipped orders.
  • Refund: within 10 business days after we get the return. Bank transfers may take a little longer — just reach out if you don't see it after 15 business days.
  • Important: please always check with us before returning anything — returns sent without our okay can't be processed.

Diseño reversible y de triple protección
El FinFin "Boqiao" es una auténtica chaqueta de plumón reversible bicolor con diseños completos en ambos lados. El lado azul utiliza tejido C6 de triple protección, que ofrece protección impermeable, resistente al aceite y a las manchas; el lado marrón presenta funcionalidad repelente al agua. Duradera y práctica, cuenta con una suave cremallera YKK de doble sentido. Una chaqueta ofrece dos estilos distintos para una combinación versátil.

Cuello inteligente y detalles a prueba de viento
El cuello está especialmente diseñado con cremallera y cordón. Abra la solapa para usarla en interiores cuando haga calor, o ciérrela completamente y ajuste el cordón en exteriores para envolver cómodamente el cuello de su perro y mejorar el calor a prueba de viento. Los dos frentes usan botones a presión y velcro respectivamente, lo que permite un uso flexible y fácil adecuado para diferentes ocasiones.

Relleno premium y cuidado suave
Relleno con un 90% de plumón de pato blanco engrosado para una calidez ligera. Lavar a mano solo con agua fría; evitar frotar en exceso, lavar a alta temperatura o usar lejía. Después de lavar, colgar para secar en un área sombreada. Golpee suavemente el plumón para restaurar su volumen y calidez.

To get a perfect fit, kindly measure your pet's three measurements first

  1. Neck Girth: Wrap the tape around the base of the neck wihere collars sit
  2. Chest Girth: Measure the widest part of the chest right beehind the front legs;
  3. Back Length: Measure from the base of the neck (shoulder joint) to the base of the tail.
