- Most items ship from China.
- Standard delivery takes about 10–15 days.
- Pre-orders or limited items need 7–10 business days to get ready.
- Orders with both pre-order and in-stock items will have in-stock pieces shipped promptly. Pre-order items will follow separately when ready.
- Sometimes customs, holidays, or weather cause delays — thank you for being so patient.
- Every order comes with a tracking number.
- Customs duties are already covered — no extra cost for you.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
- You can return within 30 days (unused, no pet hair, tags & packaging still there).
- Can't return: custom items, sale/clearance items, gift cards, and pet contact products (like bowls or fountains).
- Wrong size? Just tell us first → send the old one back → place a new order. (For non-quality issues, return shipping is on you.)
- Damaged or wrong item? Send photos/video + order number within 7 days — we'll sort it out as quickly as we can.
- Need to change or cancel? Let us know early — we'll try our best before shipping. Sorry, can't change custom or already shipped orders.
- Refund: within 10 business days after we get the return. Bank transfers may take a little longer — just reach out if you don't see it after 15 business days.

🧶 Looped Yarn, Fair Isle Bands
A looped boucle yarn knit that reads as hand-knitted rather than stamped out: the pile gives the surface a soft, slightly rustic texture and hides the odd scuff. The Fair Isle bands run across the chest in cream, rust and mustard, and every edge is ribbed so nothing curls. The blend is 67% acrylic, 18% nylon and 15% wool, which holds the stitch definition and a little natural warmth without the itch of an all-wool sweater. Light enough to fold into a bag.
🐕 Sleeveless, So It Stays Put
No sleeves, which is what makes this one easy to live with: the leg openings are wide enough to walk in without rubbing, and the body sits flat over the chest instead of bunching behind the front legs. The high ribbed neck keeps the cold off the throat and the hem drops just past the tail. It follows long, narrow dogs such as whippets and Italian greyhounds, and on a dachshund the shorter body length shows the pattern off.
📏 Sizing
Sizes 1 to 6 are given as flat measurements: neck 26-36 cm, chest 40-60 cm and back 31-46 cm. Measure the chest around the widest part behind the front legs and the back from the base of the neck to the tail. The knit gives about 15 cm at the chest, so a dog sitting between two sizes takes the smaller one for a close fit and the larger one for room to layer. Hand measuring carries a 1-3 cm tolerance.
🧺 Care
Hand wash cold with a mild detergent, press the water out in a towel rather than wringing it, then dry flat so the looped yarn keeps its texture. No tumble drying and no bleach. The pile can pick up lint and shed a little loose fibre at first; a soft brush lifts it off.

To get a perfect fit, kindly measure your pet's three measurements first
- Neck Girth: Wrap the tape around the base of the neck wihere collars sit
- Chest Girth: Measure the widest part of the chest right beehind the front legs;
- Back Length: Measure from the base of the neck (shoulder joint) to the base of the tail.
