📦 Shipping

Most items ship from China.
Standard delivery takes about 10–15 days.
Pre-orders or limited items need 7–10 business days to get ready.
Orders with both pre-order and in-stock items will have in-stock pieces shipped promptly. Pre-order items will follow separately when ready.
Sometimes customs, holidays, or weather cause delays — thank you for being so patient.
Every order comes with a tracking number.
Customs duties are already covered — no extra cost for you.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

You can return within 30 days (unused, no pet hair, tags & packaging still there).
Can't return: custom items, sale/clearance items, gift cards, and pet contact products (like bowls or fountains).
Wrong size? Just tell us first → send the old one back → place a new order. (For non-quality issues, return shipping is on you.)
Damaged or wrong item? Send photos/video + order number within 7 days — we'll sort it out as quickly as we can.
Need to change or cancel? Let us know early — we'll try our best before shipping. Sorry, can't change custom or already shipped orders.
Refund: within 10 business days after we get the return. Bank transfers may take a little longer — just reach out if you don't see it after 15 business days.

This wool blend dog blazer combines a solid body with checked lapels and cuffs, buttons, and a bow detail. The two leg silhouette gives it a tailored look for photos and dressed up cold weather outings.

The source offers sizes for dogs including Bedlington Terriers, Golden Retrievers, Italian Greyhounds, Whippets, Dobermans, and Weimaraners. Gray, White, and Burgundy options are sold as separate color choices; select the garment measurements for your individual dog.

Measure your pet while standing naturally and compare all relevant measurements with the size guide. Use body measurements rather than breed alone when choosing a size. Sizes run from 2XS to XXXL. The supplied garment chart covers S through XXXL; only suggested body back length ranges are verified for 2XS and XS. Confirm missing chest and neck measurements before selecting those two sizes.

The supplier lists hand washing. Check the attached care label for temperature and drying directions before cleaning, and take care with the checked trims and button details.
