📦 Shipping
- Most items ship from China.
- Standard delivery takes about 10–15 days.
- Pre-orders or limited items need 7–10 business days to get ready.
- Orders with both pre-order and in-stock items will have in-stock pieces shipped promptly. Pre-order items will follow separately when ready.
- Sometimes customs, holidays, or weather cause delays — thank you for being so patient.
- Every order comes with a tracking number.
- Customs duties are already covered — no extra cost for you.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
- You can return within 30 days (unused, no pet hair, tags & packaging still there).
- Can't return: custom items, sale/clearance items, gift cards, and pet contact products (like bowls or fountains).
- Wrong size? Just tell us first → send the old one back → place a new order. (For non-quality issues, return shipping is on you.)
- Damaged or wrong item? Send photos/video + order number within 7 days — we'll sort it out as quickly as we can.
- Need to change or cancel? Let us know early — we'll try our best before shipping. Sorry, can't change custom or already shipped orders.
- Refund: within 10 business days after we get the return. Bank transfers may take a little longer — just reach out if you don't see it after 15 business days.
- Important: please always check with us before returning anything — returns sent without our okay can't be processed.

🧣 Sherpa and Leather
A plush sherpa band wraps the neck while the leather strap carries the pull. The lining keeps pressure off short coated breeds and seniors, the brass D ring sits above the fleece so the lead clips without catching fur, and the leather edge is burnished by hand.
🐕 Everyday Walks
Made for cold mornings and city pavements: the sherpa keeps the neck warm, the wide leather strap stays comfortable in a gloved hand, and the deep red reads clearly against a pale or dark coat. Wear the collar alone at home or clip the lead on for the park. The same listing also carries the matching 1.1 m leather lead and a small poop bag holder as separate pieces.
📏 Sizing
Four sizes cover a neck of 22 to 46 cm. Measure the widest part of the neck, add two fingers of space, then choose the range that fits. The collar adjusts inside each range and the leather lead runs 110 cm, which suits small and medium dogs.
🧺 Care
Spot clean the sherpa with a damp cloth and air dry away from heat. Wipe the leather after wet walks with a soft dry cloth, and condition it lightly twice a year so the strap stays supple and the colour deep.
International delivery times vary by region and typically take 10 to 15 days.
To get a perfect fit, kindly measure your pet's three measurements first
- Neck Girth: Wrap the tape around the base of the neck wihere collars sit
- Chest Girth: Measure the widest part of the chest right beehind the front legs;
- Back Length: Measure from the base of the neck (shoulder joint) to the base of the tail.
