Most items ship from China.
Standard delivery takes about 10–15 days.
Pre-orders or limited items need 7–10 business days to get ready.
Orders with both pre-order and in-stock items will have in-stock pieces shipped promptly. Pre-order items will follow separately when ready.
Sometimes customs, holidays, or weather cause delays — thank you for being so patient.
Every order comes with a tracking number.
Customs duties are already covered — no extra cost for you.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

You can return within 30 days (unused, no pet hair, tags & packaging still there).
Can't return: custom items, sale/clearance items, gift cards, and pet contact products (like bowls or fountains).
Wrong size? Just tell us first → send the old one back → place a new order. (For non-quality issues, return shipping is on you.)
Damaged or wrong item? Send photos/video + order number within 7 days — we'll sort it out as quickly as we can.
Need to change or cancel? Let us know early — we'll try our best before shipping. Sorry, can't change custom or already shipped orders.
Refund: within 10 business days after we get the return. Bank transfers may take a little longer — just reach out if you don't see it after 15 business days.

🔁 Two Faces, One Shirt
One shirt, two looks: wear the dotted face out for a printed shirt, or turn it inside out for plain blue with the retro 65 numeral and contrast stitching across the back. The polka dots are printed small and even, not blown up, and the orange piping on the sleeve cuffs is the only accent so it reads clean rather than busy. Because both faces are finished, neither side looks like the lining.

🧢 With a Cap to Match
The cap is cut in the same spirit: a soft brim that shades the eyes, an open back so it does not press on the ears, and a light canvas that holds its shape without weighing anything. Slide the shirt on over the front legs, close it over the back, then set the cap in place; the pair reads as one outfit without being a costume. 📏 Sizing
The shirt runs sizes 1 to 7, from a 40.5 cm to a 64.5 cm chest with the sleeve growing from 12 cm to 21 cm, and two dachshund sizes sit alongside them with a longer body and a shorter sleeve. The cap comes in S and M. Measure the chest behind the front legs and the back from the base of the neck to the tail, then choose the cap size that matches the fit you usually take.

🧺 Care
Gentle hand washing is kindest, and a cold delicate or cotton cycle at 30 degrees is fine if you skip the spin. Use a mild or neutral detergent, keep bleach away, and dry flat in the shade rather than over a radiator. Reshape the cap brim by hand while it is still damp so it dries with its curve.
