📦 Shipping
- Most items ship from China.
- Standard delivery takes about 10–15 days.
- Pre-orders or limited items need 7–10 business days to get ready.
- Orders with both pre-order and in-stock items will have in-stock pieces shipped promptly. Pre-order items will follow separately when ready.
- Sometimes customs, holidays, or weather cause delays — thank you for being so patient.
- Every order comes with a tracking number.
- Customs duties are already covered — no extra cost for you.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
- You can return within 30 days (unused, no pet hair, tags & packaging still there).
- Can't return: custom items, sale/clearance items, gift cards, and pet contact products (like bowls or fountains).
- Wrong size? Just tell us first → send the old one back → place a new order. (For non-quality issues, return shipping is on you.)
- Damaged or wrong item? Send photos/video + order number within 7 days — we'll sort it out as quickly as we can.
- Need to change or cancel? Let us know early — we'll try our best before shipping. Sorry, can't change custom or already shipped orders.
- Refund: within 10 business days after we get the return. Bank transfers may take a little longer — just reach out if you don't see it after 15 business days.
- Important: please always check with us before returning anything — returns sent without our okay can't be processed.

🧥 Oversized Striped Knit
Cut wide with a dropped shoulder and a boxy hem, this cardigan is an oversized layer that still hangs straight instead of swamping the frame. Wide bands of contrasting colour run across the body and down the sleeves, knitted in rather than printed, so no seam breaks the stripe. The brushed wool yarn gives a softly fuzzy handfeel that traps warmth without weight and softens with wear. Three sculpted buttons sit along the placket, each one shaped by hand rather than turned perfectly round, and the deep open collar frames a tee or a slip dress on its own. Worn open, it works as a light jacket.
🐕 On the Same Walk
Made to be worn next to the pet version, so a walk becomes one outfit rather than two unrelated ones. Pull it on over a tee for the morning loop, button it up for photos with a whippet or an Italian greyhound in the matching dog knit, or keep it open indoors over a dress. The relaxed cut leaves room for a scarf at the neck and a bag across the body, and the sleeves push up cleanly when a leash needs both hands.
📏 Oversized Fit and Sizing
The block is oversized on purpose, so take your usual size for the wide shoulder and boxy hem shown here, and go down one if you want it closer to the body. Because the shoulder is dropped, the sleeve starts below the joint; check the cuff lands where you like it. S suits a small to medium frame and M an easier large. Measure a cardigan you already like flat across the chest and compare before choosing.
🧺 Wool Care
Wool wants cold water and little movement. Professional dry cleaning is the safest route, and a hand wash in cool water with wool detergent is fine between cleans. Never wring it: press the water out through a towel, then dry flat and away from radiators and direct sun. Fold rather than hang so the shoulders keep their line.
International delivery times vary by region and typically take 10 to 15 days.
To get a perfect fit, kindly measure your pet's three measurements first
- Neck Girth: Wrap the tape around the base of the neck wihere collars sit
- Chest Girth: Measure the widest part of the chest right beehind the front legs;
- Back Length: Measure from the base of the neck (shoulder joint) to the base of the tail.
