📦 Shipping
- Most items ship from China.
- Standard delivery takes about 10–15 days.
- Pre-orders or limited items need 7–10 business days to get ready.
- Orders with both pre-order and in-stock items will have in-stock pieces shipped promptly. Pre-order items will follow separately when ready.
- Sometimes customs, holidays, or weather cause delays — thank you for being so patient.
- Every order comes with a tracking number.
- Customs duties are already covered — no extra cost for you.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
- You can return within 30 days (unused, no pet hair, tags & packaging still there).
- Can't return: custom items, sale/clearance items, gift cards, and pet contact products (like bowls or fountains).
- Wrong size? Just tell us first → send the old one back → place a new order. (For non-quality issues, return shipping is on you.)
- Damaged or wrong item? Send photos/video + order number within 7 days — we'll sort it out as quickly as we can.
- Need to change or cancel? Let us know early — we'll try our best before shipping. Sorry, can't change custom or already shipped orders.
- Refund: within 10 business days after we get the return. Bank transfers may take a little longer — just reach out if you don't see it after 15 business days.
- Important: please always check with us before returning anything — returns sent without our okay can't be processed.

This lightweight dog sun shirt uses UPF 50 fabric to provide added body coverage and help reduce direct sun and UV exposure during outdoor activities. Protective clothing does not replace shade or appropriate outing times.
🌬️ Lightweight Cooling Comfort
The smooth, breathable fabric provides a cool-touch feel with less bulky coverage for daily walks and light outdoor activity in warm weather. Cooling sensation may vary with temperature, humidity, and the individual dog.
🛡️ Stain-Resistant and Easy-Care
The fabric is designed to resist everyday stains and wear while remaining easy to clean. Durable does not mean damage-proof, so prevent persistent scratching, chewing, and contact with sharp objects, and follow the product care instructions.
🐕 Made for Lean and Wirehaired Breeds
Suitable for appropriately measured Italian Greyhounds, Whippets, Bedlington Terriers, and wirehaired hunting breeds. Measure the chest, back length, and neck before ordering, then follow the product size chart rather than choosing by breed alone.
🐾 Warm-Weather Use Guidance
Continue monitoring your dog’s breathing, activity, and temperature while the shirt is worn, and provide water and shaded rest. Avoid prolonged activity in intense sun or heat. Remove the garment and stop activity if your dog shows persistent panting, sluggish movement, or visible discomfort.
International delivery times vary by region and typically take 10 to 15 days.
To get a perfect fit, kindly measure your pet's three measurements first
- Neck Girth: Wrap the tape around the base of the neck wihere collars sit
- Chest Girth: Measure the widest part of the chest right beehind the front legs;
- Back Length: Measure from the base of the neck (shoulder joint) to the base of the tail.

All items must be unused and kept in their original packaging. Please contact us to initiate a return within 30 days upon receipt of your order. Please note that shipping fees will not be covered by us for returns due to non-quality issues.
