Thank you so much for your order! Just like you, we consider every furry friend a part of the family. To ensure your pet gets the most comfortable and well-fitting products, here's a gentle reminder: before your order is finalized, please double-check the color and size you've selected.

📦 Order Changes & Cancellations
  • If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request before your order is confirmed for shipment. Please note that some changes may lead to a delivery delay.
  • Unfortunately, we are unable to change or cancel custom orders or orders that have already been shipped. If your order has been shipped, please still contact us for further assistance.

❗ Damaged or Incorrect Items
  • Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the items are defective, damaged, or incorrect,please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and provide a resolution.
  • If you discover any damage, defects, or receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately and provide the following:
    • Clear photos or a video clearly showing the problem.
    • Your order number and proof of purchase.


🔄 Exchange Process
If you need an exchange, please contact us first. Once the exchange is agreed upon, you can complete the process by returning the original item and placing a separate order for the new item. Please note: for returns or exchanges not due to quality issues, we do not cover the shipping costs.

📤 30-Day Return Process
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.
Category Specific Requirements
✅ Eligible Items The item is in its original condition (unused, free of pet hair/scratches), with all tags attached, and in the original packaging with all accessories intact.
❌ Non-returnable Items Custom-made items, clearance items, special offer items, gift cards, and pet-contact items (e.g., food bowls, water dispensers, feeders) that are non-returnable for the health of all pets.
⚠️ Key Steps You must obtain pre-approval before returning an item! Please contact us to initiate an application. Returns sent without prior consent cannot be processed.
🚚 Return Shipping For returns not due to quality issues, return shipping fees are your responsibility. The refund amount will be the item price.

💸 Refund Instructions
  • We will notify you of the refund status after receiving and inspecting the returned item.Once approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Additional processing time may be required for the bank transfer. If you have not received it after 15 business days, please contact us for assistance.
