📦 Shipping
- Most items ship from China.
- Standard delivery takes about 10–15 days.
- Pre-orders or limited items need 7–10 business days to get ready.
- Orders with both pre-order and in-stock items will have in-stock pieces shipped promptly. Pre-order items will follow separately when ready.
- Sometimes customs, holidays, or weather cause delays — thank you for being so patient.
- Every order comes with a tracking number.
- Customs duties are already covered — no extra cost for you.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
- You can return within 30 days (unused, no pet hair, tags & packaging still there).
- Can't return: custom items, sale/clearance items, gift cards, and pet contact products (like bowls or fountains).
- Wrong size? Just tell us first → send the old one back → place a new order. (For non-quality issues, return shipping is on you.)
- Damaged or wrong item? Send photos/video + order number within 7 days — we'll sort it out as quickly as we can.
- Need to change or cancel? Let us know early — we'll try our best before shipping. Sorry, can't change custom or already shipped orders.
- Refund: within 10 business days after we get the return. Bank transfers may take a little longer — just reach out if you don't see it after 15 business days.
- Important: please always check with us before returning anything — returns sent without our okay can't be processed.

🧶 Cables With a Halo
Raised cables run the length of the scarf, with a brushed tweed yarn worked through them so the surface catches light in little flecks rather than sitting flat. The rib at both ends keeps the scarf from curling in on itself, and the weight is somewhere between a knit and a wrap: enough to close the gap at a coat collar without the bulk of a full winter scarf.
🧣 One for You, One for the Dog
The set is cut twice: a long scarf that loops once around the neck and a short one sized to sit inside a dog coat collar, so the pair reads as one outfit from across the street. The pet size is narrow enough to tuck under a collar without bunching and short enough that it does not drag on the ground. Neither needs a buckle or a pin, which is what makes it easy to put on a wriggling dog.
📏 Sizing
The adult scarf is 100 cm long and 16 cm wide; the pet scarf is 55 cm long and 10 cm wide. Wrap a tape around your own neck the way you would wear it and check the length still loops once, and for the dog measure around the neck on top of the collar it already wears. Hand measuring carries a 1-3 cm tolerance.
🧺 Care
Wash by hand in cool water with a wool detergent, or use the wool cycle at 30 degrees with the spin off. Press the water out in a towel and dry flat in the shade so the cables keep their relief, then reshape the ribbed ends by hand. No bleach, no tumble drying, and a cool iron under 110 degrees at most.

- Neck Girth: Wrap the tape around the base of the neck wihere collars sit
- Chest Girth: Measure the widest part of the chest right beehind the front legs;
- Back Length: Measure from the base of the neck (shoulder joint) to the base of the tail.
