Reversible & Triple-Proof Design
The FinFin "Boqiao" is a genuine reversible dual-color down jacket with complete designs on both sides. The blue side uses C6 triple-proof fabric, offering waterproof, oil-resistant, and stain-resistant protection; the brown side features water-repellent functionality. Durable and practical, it features a smooth YKK two-way zipper. One jacket delivers two distinct styles for versatile pairing.
Smart Collar & Windproof Details
The collar is specially designed with a zipper and drawstring. Open the lapel for wear indoors when it's warm, or zip it up fully and tighten the drawstring outdoors to snugly wrap your dog's neck for enhanced windproof warmth. The two fronts use snap buttons and Velcro respectively, allowing flexible and easy wear suitable for different occasions.
Premium Fill & Gentle Care
Filled with thickened 90% white duck down for lightweight warmth. Hand wash in cold water only; avoid excessive rubbing, high-temperature washing, or bleaching. After washing, hang dry in a shaded area. Gently pat the down to restore its loft and warmth.

📦 Shipping
- Most items ship from China.
- Standard delivery takes about 20–40 days (customs time not included).
- Pre-orders or limited items need 7–20 business days to get ready.
- Sometimes customs, holidays, or weather cause delays — thank you for being so patient.
- Every order comes with a tracking number.
- Customs duties are already covered — no extra cost for you.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
- You can return within 30 days (unused, no pet hair, tags & packaging still there).
- Can't return: custom items, sale/clearance items, gift cards, and pet contact products (like bowls or fountains).
- Wrong size? Just tell us first → send the old one back → place a new order. (For non-quality issues, return shipping is on you.)
- Damaged or wrong item? Send photos/video + order number within 7 days — we'll sort it out as quickly as we can.
- Need to change or cancel? Let us know early — we'll try our best before shipping. Sorry, can't change custom or already shipped orders.
- Refund: within 10 business days after we get the return. Bank transfers may take a little longer — just reach out if you don't see it after 15 business days.
- Important: please always check with us before returning anything — returns sent without our okay can't be processed.
