📦 Shipping
- Most items ship from China.
- Standard delivery takes about 10–15 days.
- Pre-orders or limited items need 7–10 business days to get ready.
- Orders with both pre-order and in-stock items will have in-stock pieces shipped promptly. Pre-order items will follow separately when ready.
- Sometimes customs, holidays, or weather cause delays — thank you for being so patient.
- Every order comes with a tracking number.
- Customs duties are already covered — no extra cost for you.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
- You can return within 30 days (unused, no pet hair, tags & packaging still there).
- Can't return: custom items, sale/clearance items, gift cards, and pet contact products (like bowls or fountains).
- Wrong size? Just tell us first → send the old one back → place a new order. (For non-quality issues, return shipping is on you.)
- Damaged or wrong item? Send photos/video + order number within 7 days — we'll sort it out as quickly as we can.
- Need to change or cancel? Let us know early — we'll try our best before shipping. Sorry, can't change custom or already shipped orders.
- Refund: within 10 business days after we get the return. Bank transfers may take a little longer — just reach out if you don't see it after 15 business days.
- Important: please always check with us before returning anything — returns sent without our okay can't be processed.

Give a formal outfit a simpler finish with this layered look plaid dog suit. The checked outer section, striped shirt style collar and cuffs, and included tie create a coordinated appearance in one garment.

Designed for small and medium dogs, the suit works for wedding photos, celebrations, and dressed up outings. The supplier calls the color Camel. The tie is included, while other accessories and props shown in the images are not.

Measure your pet while standing naturally and compare all relevant measurements with the size guide. Use body measurements rather than breed alone when choosing a size. Sizes run from XS to XL. The supplier describes the fabric as non stretch, so compare the chest, neck, and back measurements rather than relying on weight alone. Manual measurement variation is 1–3 cm.

Hand wash gently without rubbing or twisting. Do not bleach or tumble dry; reshape and dry flat. Follow the attached care label before cleaning.

To get a perfect fit, kindly measure your pet's three measurements first
- Neck Girth: Wrap the tape around the base of the neck wihere collars sit
- Chest Girth: Measure the widest part of the chest right beehind the front legs;
- Back Length: Measure from the base of the neck (shoulder joint) to the base of the tail.
