📦 Shipping
- Most items ship from China.
- Standard delivery takes about 10–15 days.
- Pre-orders or limited items need 7–10 business days to get ready.
- Orders with both pre-order and in-stock items will have in-stock pieces shipped promptly. Pre-order items will follow separately when ready.
- Sometimes customs, holidays, or weather cause delays — thank you for being so patient.
- Every order comes with a tracking number.
- Customs duties are already covered — no extra cost for you.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
- You can return within 30 days (unused, no pet hair, tags & packaging still there).
- Can't return: custom items, sale/clearance items, gift cards, and pet contact products (like bowls or fountains).
- Wrong size? Just tell us first → send the old one back → place a new order. (For non-quality issues, return shipping is on you.)
- Damaged or wrong item? Send photos/video + order number within 7 days — we'll sort it out as quickly as we can.
- Need to change or cancel? Let us know early — we'll try our best before shipping. Sorry, can't change custom or already shipped orders.
- Refund: within 10 business days after we get the return. Bank transfers may take a little longer — just reach out if you don't see it after 15 business days.
- Important: please always check with us before returning anything — returns sent without our okay can't be processed.

🧶 Slogan Jacquard Knit
The scarf is knitted rather than printed, so the oversized lettering and the hearts, paw prints and running hounds are woven into the fabric and read on both faces. A cotton and acrylic blend gives it a brushed, faintly fuzzy surface that traps warmth without weight, and the colour blocks are joined inside the knit so the seams stay flat against the neck.
🐕 One Scarf, Two Necks
The listing carries two lengths so a person and a dog can wear the same design on the same walk. The pet size wraps once around the neck and sits under a collar or harness; the adult size wraps twice, or opens out over one shoulder as a small shawl. Worn together, the stripes run from the leash up to the shoulder without competing.
📏 Adult and Pet Lengths
The adult scarf is 180 cm long and 33 cm wide, long enough to loop twice and still hang past the hip. The pet scarf is 105 cm by 11 cm, cut for a whippet, greyhound, Italian greyhound or a medium cat, and it stays flat under a coat. Measure the neck first and leave two fingers of room.
🧺 Care
Hand wash cold with a mild detergent and never wring it out. Press the water into a towel, then dry flat and away from direct heat so the knitted letters keep their shape. Brush the surface lightly once dry to lift the brushed fibres, and store the scarf folded rather than hung so the long ends do not stretch.

- Neck Girth: Wrap the tape around the base of the neck wihere collars sit
- Chest Girth: Measure the widest part of the chest right beehind the front legs;
- Back Length: Measure from the base of the neck (shoulder joint) to the base of the tail.
