  • Sometimes customs, holidays, or weather cause delays — thank you for being so patient.
  • Every order comes with a tracking number.
  • Customs duties are already covered — no extra cost for you.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

  • You can return within 30 days (unused, no pet hair, tags & packaging still there).
  • Can't return: custom items, sale/clearance items, gift cards, and pet contact products (like bowls or fountains).
  • Wrong size? Just tell us first → send the old one back → place a new order. (For non-quality issues, return shipping is on you.)
  • Damaged or wrong item? Send photos/video + order number within 7 days — we'll sort it out as quickly as we can.
  • Need to change or cancel? Let us know early — we'll try our best before shipping. Sorry, can't change custom or already shipped orders.
  • Refund: within 10 business days after we get the return. Bank transfers may take a little longer — just reach out if you don't see it after 15 business days.

🔄 Reversible Four-Way Styling
This detachable dog bandana bib features a reversible design with four styling options. One side pairs a creamy white background with pony silhouettes, while the other combines vintage dark gray, hand-drawn ponies, and purple florals for walks, gatherings, and pet photos.

🧷 Detachable Rounded Fasteners
Matte metal fasteners secure the triangular bib to a compatible pet collar and make it easy to remove or replace. Their rounded, smooth shape helps reduce snagging against the dog’s neck fur.

🌿 Soft Cotton-Blend Fabric
The high-thread-count cotton-blend fabric feels soft and breathable for everyday use as a dog bandana or drool bib. Close stitching helps maintain the shape, while light drool can be cleaned and air-dried as needed.

📏 Three Sizes from S to L
Available in sizes S through L for appropriately measured Dachshunds, Yorkshire Terriers, Shiba Inus, and Whippets. Neck sizes vary by breed and individual dog, so measure before ordering and follow the product size chart.

🐾 Use Guidance
Check the fasteners and collar connection before each wear, and confirm that the bib does not restrict neck movement. Supervise use and prevent chewing or forceful pulling on the accessory.

  2. Chest Girth: Measure the widest part of the chest right beehind the front legs;
  3. Back Length: Measure from the base of the neck (shoulder joint) to the base of the tail.
