Most items ship from China.
Standard delivery takes about 10–15 days.
Pre-orders or limited items need 7–10 business days to get ready.
Orders with both pre-order and in-stock items will have in-stock pieces shipped promptly. Pre-order items will follow separately when ready.
Sometimes customs, holidays, or weather cause delays — thank you for being so patient.
Every order comes with a tracking number.
Customs duties are already covered — no extra cost for you.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

You can return within 30 days (unused, no pet hair, tags & packaging still there).
Can't return: custom items, sale/clearance items, gift cards, and pet contact products (like bowls or fountains).
Wrong size? Just tell us first → send the old one back → place a new order. (For non-quality issues, return shipping is on you.)
Damaged or wrong item? Send photos/video + order number within 7 days — we'll sort it out as quickly as we can.
Need to change or cancel? Let us know early — we'll try our best before shipping. Sorry, can't change custom or already shipped orders.

🧥 Faux Two-Piece Fleece
The coat is cut as one piece but finished to read as two: a smooth high-neck top above a contrasting fleece bottom, joined at a seam that lands just past the hip so the colour change looks like a layered sweatshirt and trouser set. Both faces are brushed pile fleece with a short nap that stays soft against bare skin and never prickles at the neck. An anti-static finish stops the fabric clinging and crackling in dry air, and because the two tones are bonded rather than lined, the coat stays light enough to run in.

🐕 Four Legs, Open Belly
Every paw goes into its own cuffed leg, so the coat holds its position when a dog shakes, climbs stairs or bolts after a leaf. On a walk the belly is left open, which means a clean stop without unzipping or stripping the whole coat off. The high collar folds over the ears on the way out and drops back onto the neck once the dog settles. It suits a dachshund, a slim hound or a small dog that shivers on the first cold morning.

📏 Sizes 1 to 6, Plus Dachshund Cuts
Sizes 1 to 6 are chosen by chest girth first, then back length measured from the base of the neck to the tail. The two dachshund cuts, Dachshund S and Dachshund M, are drafted longer through the body and shorter in the front leg, so a low-slung dog gets a covered back without the cuffs dragging on the floor. Measure with two fingers of room at the chest and take the larger size when a measurement falls between two.

🧺 Care
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle inside a mesh bag, with every closure fastened, then line dry or tumble on low. Skip fabric softener: it flattens the pile and dulls the anti-static finish. Brush the fleece once dry and fold the coat between walks rather than hanging it, so the bonded seam keeps its line.
