  • Every order comes with a tracking number.
  • Customs duties are already covered — no extra cost for you.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

  • You can return within 30 days (unused, no pet hair, tags & packaging still there).
  • Can't return: custom items, sale/clearance items, gift cards, and pet contact products (like bowls or fountains).
  • Wrong size? Just tell us first → send the old one back → place a new order. (For non-quality issues, return shipping is on you.)
  • Damaged or wrong item? Send photos/video + order number within 7 days — we'll sort it out as quickly as we can.
  • Need to change or cancel? Let us know early — we'll try our best before shipping. Sorry, can't change custom or already shipped orders.
  • Refund: within 10 business days after we get the return. Bank transfers may take a little longer — just reach out if you don't see it after 15 business days.
